icon About Us

As a local church in Withington We have a heart for Jesus Christ – we love him because he loved us and died in our place on the cross to rescue us from all our sinful brokenness.

We have a heart for the Bible – we love to read and study it as it is the makers manual on how to live full to the full.

We have a heart for the community- we love people as God asks us to do and take opportunities to serve others in our local community and other places.

Whatever your age, nationality or religious background you are welcome to join us. We would be especially pleased to meet you if you are exploring the Christian faith for the first time.

What we believe and practice is governed by the teaching of the Bible. Therefore when we meet, we seek to do the things Christians did in the New Testament of the Bible – sing, read and listen to the Bible being taught, pray, and break bread (take communion) together.

The church has two leaders (who we call elders). They are supported by others who take responsibility for specific aspects of the ministry of the church.

Join us every Sunday morning at 10.15am for our Sunday Service
